Pho is a Vietnamese rice noodle soup usually served with beef or chicken. The soup is often garnished with fresh mung bean sprouts, thorny cilantro, Asian basil, and lime. Diners can also add hoisin and chili hot sauces directly into their bowls for extra flavor
